Aidan Update

Aidan is moving around like crazy, flailing his limbs about. He can't crawl yet, but you can see in his eys the desire to become mobile... Thus, the race is on to see if Aidan or Matthew will be the first to be mobile without the aid of assitance.

Matthew Knee Update

Matthew had his first physical therapy session today and was able to do a leg lift for the first time (it was only an inch off of the mat). Incredible progress...

Gamma Comes to Visit

Renee's mom came down to visit for Memorial Day Weekend and help out with Renee's two helpless boys....

Aidan Update

Aidan is seven weeks old and weighs 12.6 pounds.

Aidan is six weeks old. He is smiling a lot now, and is frequently seen laughing and smiling in his sleep.

Aidan is starting to find his hands and was actually sucking his thumb (for a very short moment) while visiting his dad in the hospital.

Matthew Knee Update

Matthew comes home from the hospital after reconstructive ACL surgery. You can read more about the surgery (and see some pictures) here.

First Babysitter

Auntie Jo is Aidan's first official babysitter; she came over to watch him for a few hours while mom and dad took care of some serious yard work. Maybe next time we'll go to a movie?

Say Cheese

Aidan is starting to smile! He also has more "awake" time during the day and he seems to really enjoy some of his toys/mobiles.

Matthew Knee Update

Matthew had his pre-op visit with the knee surgeon; he will be having ACL reconstructive surgery on May 13.

Aidan Update

Aidan is one month old. His fussiness has declined since Renee has been avoiding dairy products (milk and cheese). Hopefully, it was just a reaction to cows milk, although he still fusses. We got a book by Dr. Sears (called The Fussy Baby Book), which has been a big help....

Having said that, we had a wonderful 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. crying session....
